Kayla has over 20 years of marketing experience covering varied facets of residential real estate across the Houston area, including positions with Stewart Mortgage Information, the Johnson Development Corporation, David Weekley Homes and Newland Communities where she served as the Marketing Director for the master-planned communities of Eagle Springs and Summerwood in Northeast Houston. A licensed REALTOR® since 2009, Kayla is a graduate of both the League City and Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs. She has served on the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association and in various capacities for the Women's Council of Realtors Lake Houston Chapter as the VP of Membership, President Elect and 2013 Chapter President. She has also served on the Women's Council of Realtors Texas State Chapter as the Credentials Chair.

Kayla's experience working in the title, builder and developer sides of real estate has allowed her to understand the complexities of the market and the challenges regarding supply, demand, segmentation and marketing.

Although Kayla's real estate career is a very large part of her life, faith and family are everything to her. She and her husband, Jason, an Architect in residential real estate, are proud parents of two sons – Zach and Creighton. The Webb family is very involved in their local church and live by serving others. Kayla has been to Africa twice on mission trips and volunteers with Compassion International.

I moved to the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area in 2007 from Illinois with my husband and our three children. Once my kids were in school full time and after a few years as a pre-k teacher in Montgomery, I decided to get my real estate license, which was a career I always thought I would enjoy and I have enjoyed it since 2016!

I particularly like working with first time homebuyers and seniors looking to downsize or anyone wanting to start a new chapter in a new home. I'm committed to placing the goals of my clients before anything else and providing the highest level of service by being knowledgeable in the current market and providing good counsel when choosing a listing price or making an offer on a home. I pride myself on being available to answer any questions my clients have throughout the process. Meeting new people and building relationships is my favorite part of my job!

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends playing games and/or eating good food. I also enjoy listening to music and reading.

Pat is a retired educator previously working at Sheldon ISD, San Jacinto College, and College of the Mainland. She is a graduate of the University of Houston and has a Bachelor of Science (Magna cum Laude) and a Masters of Science in the areas of technology and occupational education. With a love of life-long learning and a love of research, Pat stays up-to-date in market trends to assure she is serving her clients' needs. She also brings from teaching a skill of taking complex information to a level of understanding; thereby, helping her clients navigate the complex world of real estate. As a native Houstonian, Pat has lived in the Houston area most of her life and knows the area well.
