I've been a full-time Realtor since 2014. Before that I was the Director of Sales & Marketing for a successful Galleria Area Hotel. My skills from my past career have helped me tremendously in Real Estate. From the professionalism I learned, to the skills I acquired from Hilton's customer focused selling culture.

I earned my Bachelors Degree (BS) from the University of Houston. I've obtained my Certified Negotiation Expert accreditation and I've earned multiple awards within our company such as, Silver Award, Gold Award & Platinum Award. I'm also proudly working on our Corporate Relocation Team as a preferred agent.

When I'm not busy working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband I have two boys and we enjoy the outdoors, sporting events, and traveling when we can. A perfect day off involves grilling and enjoying time with friends and family but the reality is even on those rare days off I'm usually running around a baseball or soccer field watching our boys do what they love.

I love my job and have fun doing it. My favorite part of any real estate transaction is a happy client. I lived and worked in the Montgomery County area from 2005 till 2021.We moved back to our hometown of Kingwood in 2021. My husband and I are a team at Southern Oaks Realty. I obtained my real estate license in 2013. My husband Kenneth has been a Realtor since 2010. In 2004 I married into a real estate family. We have been investing in real estate for the past 19 years. We currently own and manage rental properties. We recently got into the STR business. Kenny and I have an 12-year-old daughter who keeps us on our toes. I enjoy spending time with my family and most outdoor activities. I would love to have you as my next happy client.

My Dad loved real estate and when I was growing up we would go for walks to the local coffee shop, grab a drink and open the real estate section of the newspaper. Who knew that this time spent with my father would end up with me becoming a REALTOR.We would analyze properties, evaluate possible rates of return and evaluate the strength of it as an investment. If it was not a good investment we would determine changes to the property or at what price point the property would need to make it a good investment. It was our little game, it was fun, and I got to spend a lot of quality time with my Dad!

This experience with my Dad lead me to reading every book I could on the subject and once I graduated from high school I studied to get my real estate license in Portland Oregon. By the time I turned 19 I was a licensed real estate agent and the youngest agent at the local Century 21 office in Portland Oregon. Unfortanatly life had other plans when cancer turned my life upside down. Three months later I was diagnosed with testicular cancer and spent several years fighting for my life! In the midst of my battle I decided to get my finance degree and between treatments and surgeries I obtained a diploma from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches TX.

I relocated to Houston and began climbing the corporate lader in O&G. All went well for 15 years then it all came crumbling down and I was out of work! I decided to get back into real estate and WOW what a difference!!! I love my profession! I love helping families! And I love the connection between my long conversations with my Dad and my new found profession.As a REALTOR I use my corporate background with my Finance degree and blend it with the fun times I had with my Dad and experiences of fighting/beating cancer. Bridget Ramirez is a full time, dedicated, professional broker owner of Southern Oaks Realty, LLC. She is a native from Louisiana and has been living in NE Texas since 2004. In addition to her teaching experience, she has extensive sales experience in the insurance industry and still holds her general lines insurance license. The knowledge Bridget has gained from teaching and insurance allows her to comprehensively assist her clients when buying/selling/investing.

Being a former teacher, Bridget believes in continually upgrading not only her education and knowledge, but also in educating and keeping her clients updated throughout real estate transactions.

Currently, Bridget, her husband, and son live in Kingwood, TX and enjoy long bike rides, hunting, fishing, visiting the bow and gun range, walking the greenbelts, exploring nature, meeting new people and visiting the library.
