Stacy is a 1st generation native Texan living in Kingwood since 2001. As a mom in the community, all of Stacy's children have graduated from Kingwood High School. Stacy has expert knowledge of the residential and commercial business resources and activities available for residents of this amazing town.

Originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, I moved to Kingwood in 1988 which is where I met my husband of 27 years, John Underwood. He owns Deerwood Lawn and Landscape/Kingwood Lawn Care and has been servicing clients over 33 years We enjoy working out and spending time with our 3 beautiful children, Britni, Joshua and Jami and two precious granchildren Brady and Brooklynn Marie. Being an Insurance Underwriter for 18+ years I decided to stay home and raise my kids and later worked as an office manager for a primary care Dr. in Kingwood. My passion has always been helping people. I develop a close relationship with my clients. Many look to me for guidance not only with the purchase of a new home but many other important questions about the area because of my knowledge. Having several moves in my life I am aware of the anxieties and stress that come with a new transition. I have been living in Kingwood for 15 years with my husband and daughter. I was very active with the Humble ISD Education Foundation. I was the Executive Director of the Humble Rodeo and BBQ Cook-off and have been for 6 years. Due to the excessive volunteer work over the years I was named as one of the "Heroes for Children" by the State of Texas Department of Education. I know this area well and love living here. My goal is to find my clients a home they want or sell their home to move on to another. Bridget Ramirez is a full time, dedicated, professional broker owner of Southern Oaks Realty, LLC. She is a native from Louisiana and has been living in NE Texas since 2004. Currently, Bridget, her husband, and son live in Kingwood, TX and enjoy long bike rides, hunting, fishing, visiting the bow and gun range, walking the greenbelts, exploring nature, meeting new people and visiting the library.
