Being an assistant property manager has given me the insight needed to be a solution-driven and thoughtful realtor. Katie was born, raised, and currently lives in Groveton, TX. She graduated from Groveton High School in 2018 and was very involved in the FFA. Growing up, Katie showed goats and steers in the Trinity County Fair and the Texas State Fair. After high school Katie attended Stephen F. Austin State University and soon after left to pursue a career in the real estate industry. This began by working as the Office Administrator for Emblem Properties. Katie has learned all aspects of the real estate business first-hand by assisting the broker and all the agents. She worked in this position for over two years and is now an official REALTOR® with Emblem Properties. I am so happy to be a part of such a caring and welcoming team at Emblem Properties. Coming from a small town and having a very family-oriented lifestyle, Katie is forever thankful to have found such an amazing group of people, who feel like family, to work with and to learn from. Katie is excited to begin serving clients, personally, and assisting them in the sale or purchase of real estate and helping them realize the dream of owning or selling property.

Kristen joined Markham Realty, Inc. in August of 2018, is a licensed REALTOR® and also serves as the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the brokerage. She specializes in residential homes and lots, rural homes, acreage, and farm & ranch properties. She graduated and received her designation from the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) in June 2022. Currently she serves on the Education Committee for the Tall Pines Association of Realtors®. During her time at Markham Realty, Inc. she has learned to masterfully market listings with a professional quality presence on multiple nationwide online platforms, along with the ability to strategically negotiate and represent both buyers and sellers. She diligently works one-on-one with each of her clients, is an excellent communicator, and continuously pursues ongoing education in the field of real estate to ensure her industry competency and proficiency. No matter the size of the transaction, each of her clients receives top-quality representation. Her clients come first. A previous resident of Montgomery and Grimes counties, she moved to Huntsville in 2019 where she completed her Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Accounting at Sam Houston State University (Eat 'Em Up Kats!). She currently resides in Northern Walker County where she raises her two children with her husband, Chance Reinhart. In her spare time you can find her almost always outdoors, whether at home, on the lake, attending concerts, or traveling with her family.

Melinda is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston, Clear Lake. After having a successful career in a corporate environment for 25 years, she decided it was time for a career change. Having built and sold several of her own homes, and enjoying the selling and purchasing process, Melinda decided to pursue a career in real estate.

When Melinda has free time she loves to travel. She is a devout Houston Texans fan and enjoys attending the home games and as well as traveling to out of town games. She and her husband also enjoy fishing and relaxing at their vacation home on Lake Livingston. She looks forward to helping others find their dream home.

Alicia Lansford is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker Associate who is truly passionate about client care and education. She understands how personal the home sale process can be and works with buyers and sellers to help them make clear, confident decisions. After graduating from Texas A&M, Alicia pursued her master's degree at University of Nebraska Lincoln. She combines the fundamentals and professionalism from these degrees with diligence and empathy to bring you an exceptional level of service. When she isn't serving her clients, you can find Alicia working at the ranch she and her husband, Levi, own or co-piloting their 1969 Piper Arrow plane to one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints. Together, they own and operate a show cattle operation, along with a few horses, lots of barn cats, and a pet duck.
