Rosanna Valenzuela has lived in the Greater Houston area her entire life, watching the city grow and observing how the real estate market has developed through the years. Driven by her desire to help people, whom she always places first and foremost, she has transformed her office experience as an accountant and manager into a successful career as a real estate professional. In 2019, Rosanna served as the membership director of the Lake Houston chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors®, and she has a Platinum rating from the Houston Association of Realtors®. In addition to these designations, Rosanna makes certain to stay up to date with the latest education and technology to better serve her clients. Although Rosanna is excited to work with all types of buyers, sellers, and investors, first-time buyers are her specialty, and she brings determination and perseverance to represent them. Clients feel comfortable asking her all of their questions, and they gain confidence from her ability to guide them through the real estate process. She knows that many potential buyers are unaware that they qualify to purchase a house or are unsure of the steps they need to take toward that goal. Rosanna finds it rewarding to empower people to achieve dreams they may have thought were beyond their reach. In her spare time, Rosanna loves spending time with her family, camping, hiking, visiting museums, and enjoying everything else the Houston area has to offer.

Yolanda is a native Houstonian and very knowledgeable of the Metro Houston area. During her tenure as a real estate associate, she has remained keen on home sales and the continuous changes in the area, including resale activity, new construction projects, and high-rise development trends. Yolanda has facilitated various transactions for price conscious consumers as well as high-end buyers and sellers. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, she obtained several years of customer service experience in the retail and pharmaceutical industry. She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Houston. In addition to providing the utmost in professional services, Yolanda provides in depth research for each client.
