During her tenure as a real estate associate, she has remained keen on home sales and the continuous changes in the area, including resale activity, new construction projects, and high-rise development trends. Yolanda has facilitated various transactions for price conscious consumers as well as high-end buyers and sellers. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, she obtained several years of customer service experience in the retail and pharmaceutical industry. She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Houston. In addition to providing the utmost in professional services, Yolanda provides in depth research for each client. With my background in Accounting, I understand my clients attention to finance. I also experienced negotiations with first time home buyers during my years of working for a home builder. This experience helped me learn the market for both moderate to custom built homes.
