He transitioned into the residential real estate appraising field in 1992 and remains active in this field today. With 31 years in the real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the benefit of his clients. Always placing the clients best interest first, in every transaction, has resulted in countless referrals.

As a resident of Katy since 1998, Scott enjoys the small town feel that hasn't been lost in Katy's growth. When time permits, he enjoys traveling internationally and experiencing various cultures. I live in Houston, TX with my wife, Rachel, and our two yorkies. I attended McMurry University in Abilene, Texas where I double majored in Business Administration and Sociology. Afterward, I spent 10 years as an Officer in the US Army as a Logistics Officer and later as a Civil Affairs Officer for US Army Special Operations.

My military background was largely centered on assisting municipalities and governments to make decisions that built stability in remote parts of the world. I want to continue bringing that passion for people to real estate. Getting to know customers and future clients, identifying their needs, and engaging in the relentless pursuit of finding the right home is exciting.

I am also a huge baseball fan (Go Braves!) and enjoy reading, running, and craft beer. I look forward to the future with Realty ONE Group and growing together in Houston!
