I received my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College in December 2016. I earned my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and New Home Construction (NHC) Certification in June of 2017. I earned my VA Certified Agent Certification in November of 2018. I earned my Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) Certification in March of 2019. I earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification in April of 2019. I earned my At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification in June of 2021. I earned my e-Pro Certification in July of 2021. I earned my Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS) in May of 2022.

Oscar Martinez was born and raised in Houston Texas. After High School Oscar enlisted in the United States Navy and spent 5 years serving his country in Europe and the Middle East. Oscar returned to Houston with his wife after his term of service to raise children and be close to his family. In his spare time Oscar enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching local sports teams and is a practitioner of jiu-jitsu and Muy Thai. While in the Navy Oscar completed his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
