Growing up in rural Louisiana, Kenny Gabriel learned valuable characteristics such as resourcefulness, courteousness, respectfulness, and a service-minded mentality. In 2012, he moved to Houston and created relationships with individuals and organizations across the Houston professional landscape.
I don't want others to go through the same hurdles I went through in my buying journey. This is one reason becoming a realtor resonated with me. By sharing my knowledge and story, I aim to provide those in and around my community with the ability to experience the pride and value of home ownership. Kenny believes Houston is a diverse city with something for the excited buyer, determined seller, and strategic investor.
Prior to real estate, Kenny spent years in territory management which afforded him the ability to learn about the many areas of the city and its diverse population. Yolanda E. Marshall is a Strategic Leader, Enthusiastic Speaker, Motivating Instructor, and Well-informed Real Estate Broker. Yolanda is a native of Alexandria, Louisiana later relocating to Houston, Texas where she has made a home for her and her family. She has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate, a certificate in Property Management. To further her education she has a BS in Psychology and a Masters in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership. Also, she has earned a Master's in Business Administration. She is an alumnus of LeTourneau University.Yolanda has been in Real Estate for more than 28 years, she has been a licensed instructor since 2006. She entered the Order in March of 1995 through Deborah Chapter 17 (A.F. & A.M.) of Alexandria, Louisiana. After relocating to Houston she remained inactive until joining Ma'at Chapter No. 1 under the Grand Chapter of Astraea OES, Houston, Texas.In the year 2020, she was asked to lead and become a Worthy Matron and graciously accepted the position of May 2020 to establish Deborah Jael Chapter No. 4. It began with nine founding members and quickly grew to 19.
I was licensed in 1998. I have served the Houston area as a Realtor, Builder and Notary public. I currently am the President of Ashlar Homes Incorporated and associated with Meridian Real Estate.
