Andrea Smith is a consummate Broker Associate with 20-plus years of real estate sales experience. Andrea is happily married and has five children. One has is a Texas A&M graduate. Three are currently in college and the youngest is in grade school. Kathy is a native resident of Northwest Houston and has lived in the surrounding areas for over 35 years. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in Marketing and worked for General Mills in Sales/Category Management analyzing market trends, negotiating with Walmart Buyers, and strategically placing product. She then went on to work as a writer, editor, and interviewer in video marketing/advertising before making a career move into Real Estate. As a mom of three children, Kathy understands how important it is to provide her clients with vendor recommendations, resource guides, and her expertise during the home buying/selling journey so they actually enjoy the process.
