Having both of her parents become REALTORs when she was just six months old, it was only natural that Kari would pick up the family trade herself. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a bachelors in communication and a minor in graphic design. Kari is a Clear Falls High School alumna and a Texas Gulf Coast native. Family is very important to Kari and she loves getting to work with hers everyday as a part of The Wade Team. She is very much a "people-person" and loves being able to help her clients find the perfect home.

I grew up in Clear Lake City, Tx. and now reside in League City so I'm very familiar with this and surrounding areas. I LOVE the world of Real Estate and I have a passion for interior design/decorating. Prior to my career in real estate, I spent 20 years in sales in the health profession and 8 years in property management where I developed expertise in negotiation, marketing and management. Sophia Cedeno was born in Chicago, raised in Mexico. Shortly after she graduated from Instituto Tecnolgico de Monterrey in Mexico, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, she moved to Houston, TX. Sophia has been working with Tu Casa Realty since 2018. Understanding the needs of her clients is her top priority. Sophia will work tirelessly on her clients behalf and will always offer them objective advice. She values the trust they put in her and her goal is to exceed their expectations.

An experienced agent licensed since 2007, Ray started in real estate pursuing personal real estate investment activities. His primary focus continues to be residential and investment properties utilizing extensive experience gained over his lifetime. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, he earned Engineering and Business degrees from Texas A&M University and learned about home construction from his father who was a homebuilder. Ray has over 17 years of professional experience buying, selling and managing rental properties including vacation rentals.
