She became a Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors in 2009. As she approached her 10-year mark as being a Real Estate Agent in 2019, she received her Real Estate Broker's license. In 2020 she became the Broker-Owner of Specialty Real Estate of Texas LLC. LaQuitta has earned a certification in Short Sales & Foreclosure and she is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. I'm a native of Detroit, MI, and live in Hockley, TX. I have three children; one girl 16, two boys that are 8 and 18. I served in the US Air Force for 13 years as a Security Forces member/CATM Small Arms Instructor and 4 years as a Veteran Service Representative (VSR) for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). I have a bachelor's in Criminal Justice and master's in Business Administration. The military is where I learned to be detailed oriented and do everything with excellence. The VA taught me to pay attention to detail and read the fine print.

I love to travel around the world. My family and I have moved from Germany, England, and Korea to name a few places in a relatively short period of time all the while increasing the size of my family! We have also traveled to places like Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, and Morocco. I take the method approach to really empathize with my clients, since I am no stranger to moving. I also enjoy going to the movies and family game nights.
