I have children that have experienced both private and public education thus I can express both the pros and cons of each. I treat each transaction as an investment for my clients, while at the same time never forget that buying a home is often the biggest investment that most people make...thus there are many emotions involved. I have built a niche of expat clients possibly due to the fact that I am originally from Trinidad & Tobago. Chairperson’s responsibility was to train Commercial Agents in the company, provide seminars etc. Specialized in industrial leasing and developing, hotel/motels, c-stores, car wash, shopping centers and land development.
Architectural & Construction: 22 years of versatile professional experience in Architectural design, production and Construction Co-ordination/Management. Associated with many Architectural and Construction Companies in New York and Houston, since 1971. Overseas Assignment as Senior Architect in Jubail Township Project, Saudi Arabia. Field of experience includes Health Facilities, Recreational and Institutional Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures and Residential designs and Transit System (8 years in Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston, before starting full time as Real Estate Broker in 1993). In 2007 an Architectural Service company was started. Running the corporation as President.
