I moved to Pasadena in 1971, it has been a wonderful experience to see this little town grow to be the big beautiful city that we have now. In 1974, my Broker and I got together and sold the north east side of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center to a group of Doctors. We developed the most beautiful subdivisions in Pasadena; Pasadena River Oaks, Santorini Estates and Colombian Village.(The only gated community in Pasadena). In 1976 I started building houses and selling real estate in this area. I went to University Houston to do my masters in Psychology and to learn the Real Estate and Construction field.
My name is Charles Rawls and I grew up in Tennessee and moved to Houston to go to college. After a career in IT, I have been working in Real Estate. While I am open to all areas of Texas, I am most familiar with Houston. In fact, my favorite parts of the city are the West and Southwest because I enjoy the culture and the parks.
