When representing a buyer, my goal is not necessarily to sell you a house, but to make sure that you are happy enough in the end to recommend me to others. When representing a seller, my goal is to present your home in the best possible light and to use various proven methods to market your home to the public and realtor community in order to sell your home in the shortest time for the most money possible.

Alicia enjoys engaging in the entire process of finding clients their ultimate home. “It’s exciting - finding a house that my clients love." Thorough, organized, keeping clients well informed, and a “catcher” of all details big and small; Alicia can handle large, complex and small transactions. Her background in fundraising, grant writing and special events is very similar to the coordination of extensive information and parties in tandem necessary in real estate. In short, Alicia keeps all of the balls soundly in the air. This seriously dedicated agent is known for working every day. She's known to be extremely available at all times. With a penchant for the details, Alicia is with buyers and sellers thru every step of the sometimes daunting process of the real estate process, and always goes above and beyond!

Alicia grew up in Houston and went to Stratford High School. A graduate of the University of Texas, this third generation Houstonian enjoys spending time outdoors, running and spending time with her dogs.
