Carolina has a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing, various certificates in Supply Chain Management, and even held a Montessori teaching certificate. As previously mentioned, Carolina also has a background in teaching children in Montessori schools; this experience allowed her to develop her communication skills with parents from various backgrounds. Carolina comes from a big family where she learned the importance of doing things with integrity. Olivia brings with her 10 years of sales experience and strong project management skills earned during her career in the oil and gas industry as Marketing Director. She is fluent in Mandarin and English. These combined assets make her a formidable friend when conducting real estate transactions. She serves the greater Houston area with residential, new construction, rental properties, commercial, and luxury real estate. As a knowledgeable dedicated agent, she guides clients with comparative market analysis, contract negotiations, inspections, and closing. Attention to detail is a key component to her process ensuring a smooth completion. Olivia is an active member of Houston Association of Realtors known as HAR and National Association of Realtors known as NAR. Stephanie Javor was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and began her residential real estate career as an assistant to two top Greenwood King agents. In between her initial role and her role as an agent today, Stephanie was able to pursue several amazing career opportunities, through which she acquired knowledge and invaluable insight into the new home and construction market—from land positioning to the cost of building and construction process, as well as the mortgage industry.
