Born in Houston and a Bay Area resident for more than 30 years, I am familiar with the South Houston Suburban area. I started an interest in real estate during the 1980's when my father, who was a Design Architect and Real Estate Agent in the Houston and Austin areas, taught me the importance of understanding the ecology of the land in order to keep our environment healthy. I have continued this viewpoint in my own background in Biological Sciences and Green Development. I enjoy enlightening my clients on "Green Energy" and money saving guidelines. As a Member of the National, Texas, Brazoria County and Houston Association of Realtors, I have the facts to inform my clients of current real estate guidelines. A native Texan, Jennifer Stenman Castano graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting. A licensed CPA, she began her career in public accounting with a Big 4 Firm and eventually specialized in Private Client Services where she enjoyed working with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families doing tax compliance and planning.
