She has been in real estate for thirty-eight years with a significant amount of time involved with corporate relocation. Her knowledge of the residential markets she serves is unsurpassed, and she has made several of Houston’s distinctive neighborhoods her specialty including Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, and the West University area.

Included in Barbara’s arsenal of skills is her uncanny ability to negotiate. Barbara uses her experience, knowledge and determination to achieve results which reflect the needs and desires of her clients. Another key component of Barbara’s success in real estate is her love for the business and her genuine interest in helping people. When she is not assisting others with their real estate needs, Barbara has tirelessly demonstrated her commitment to her community. She is an active volunteer and has served meaningful roles with many non-profit organizations including the Ronald McDonald House and the First Junior Woman’s Club. She recently retired from the board for Trees of Hope, benefitting Star of Hope Mission and transition center. Barbara and her family spend much of their free time raising cattle on their ranch in Madisonville. She loves to travel, read, play bridge and mahjong and entertain.

I was born and grew up in New York City, where I studied fashion design in the Art Institute in New York City. Upon moving to Puerto Rico, I worked as an operation manager in our family fashion designing and manufacturing business while I pursued my BBA and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and concentrated on mastering the Spanish language and culture. I later moved to Houston, Texas. In Houston I owned and operated an insurance agency. I have also worked in mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and lending and real estate.


I have presently completed my CBR (Certificate Buyers Representation) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) MCNE (Master Certified Negotiations Expert) and SRS (Seller Representation Specialist)
