Cynthia Nga Concepcion is a native Houstonian dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. She transitioned to real estate after a successful career in finance. Her passion for making a positive difference in people's lives led her to expand into real estate. Cynthia was born and raised in Texas from Vietnamese immigrant parents. She speaks fluent Vietnamese and English. Now, she is even picking up some Tagalog from her husband who is Filipino. Together, they share three beautiful children and live in the Greater Houston area. She embraces diversity in people and tailors her service to meet each client's unique needs. She will guide you throughout the process, whether it is your first time purchasing a new home, exploring a new business venture, or pursuing other properties of interest. She treats each client like they are family and will always extend the same level of care to their loved ones. Her passion for helping others extends beyond real estate. Cynthia serves her community through various volunteering programs including Habitat for Humanity, Houston Food Bank, Build-A-Bike, and local churches around the Galveston-Houston area. She strongly believes in the importance of coming together as a community to support one another.

Nelvin Joseph Adriatico came to this country as an immigrant from the Philippines and established his roots in Houston. He firmly believes that through collaboration and hard work, nothing is impossible.



He founded Adriatico & Associates Brokerage and Services, a Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Development firm offering insurance, Property Management, and Business Consulting. He is currently involved in multiple real estate projects including the construction of a Chevron Gas Station in Rosenberg Tx, which is scheduled for its grand opening on June 16th, 2023. Development of 2 million-dollar single-family homes located in midtown, and currently in the planning stage to build a shopping center, 60 townhomes in Katy, and 39 student homes in the College Station area.



Although Nelvin has an entrepreneurial spirit with a banking and finance mindset, his passion for community advocacy and volunteerism has shown throughout the past 20 years. He has been involved in non-profit organizations serving the community. His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement have led to several Board Leadership Roles. Including Chairman of the Board of The Alliance, helping Immigrants/Refugees become self-efficient. Past President of Asian American Heritage Association; Past President Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas; and Past-Co Chair of the Mayors Advisory for the New Americans. Adriatico has also helped organize several programs and projects; One of the biggest is the Annual Back to School, Health Fair, and Business Expo celebrating its 16 years of service.Because of his community advocacy, He received several awards like Asian Chamber Community Ambassador Award, the Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung award, The Texans Community Ambassador to name a few.

Brittany offers solid real estate knowledge, a wealth of contacts, expertise, and a warm, outgoing personality. With a talent for putting buyers and sellers together, Brittany works effectively in all of Houston's finest neighborhoods. She specializes and has lived in Memorial, Tanglewood and Briargrove.

Brittany enjoys helping her clients understand the market, make informed decisions and find the best home suited for their lifestyle. Her clients repeatedly comment that they view her not only as an adviser, but also as a friend.

Brittany is a native Houstonian and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. She is consistently recognized as a Greenwood King Top Producer, named "Rookie of the Year" in 2012 and most recently named one of Houston Association of Realtors "Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars."

Outside of real estate, Brittany actively volunteers at The Kinkaid School, The Junior League of Houston and is a member of the Houston Racquet Club. Brittany is passionate about tennis, travel and real estate and says, "I'm very fortunate to love what I do."

She is a native Houstonian and currently resides in Montgomery County. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Houston Association of Realtors. Kristi began her real estate career with Keller Williams. Many years later, she moved to Champions Real Estate Group/HomeSmart. In 2022, she partnered with Texas Signature Realty to continue her successful business.
