Living in Houston for over 20 years has given Sarah Kelly a good body of knowledge in the local residential real estate market. With a background in sales, she possesses excellent negotiating skills and has real estate designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Her persistence, dedication, and attention to detail put her a step ahead in residential resale. Her first year at Greenwood King, Sarah was chosen Rookie of the Year at her office.
Over the years, Sarah has lived in several states in different regions of the country, giving her an ability to understand other perspectives, customs, and interests. In addition, she has traveled in Canada, Russia, Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, Czech Republic, and Italy, further broadening her view of people and the world. Raising two wonderful children and being married over 40 years, Sarah has grown accustomed to putting others' needs before her own.
She is involved with activities that coordinate her interests in service and family life. Her church commitments have included serving as chairman of the board of trustees, conducting church services for a term of three years as a lay reader, and varied committee work. She served on the PTO board at her son's public school and worked on many fundraising events at her daughter's private schools. She has served on the Friends Board of Camp for All, the board of the Brookwood Volunteers Association of The Brookwood Community, and has been a volunteer/mentor at Covenant House Texas, a facility that helps homeless young adults.

Kitty was born in Atlanta, Georgia and attended the University of Houston. Friends and peers describe Kitty as friendly, caring, confident, and competitive in the most loving way. After many years of working directly and personally with clients and customers across the board, Kitty full-heartedly believes in the importance of great customer service, and she applies these values in her day-to-day work as a real estate agent.

Meg and her husband Philip, a Texas A&M graduate, along with their Belgian Malinois named Luke, live in a historic home in the Heights.
