Quality of service is a difficult abstract to evaluate preceding the service rendered. Some benchmarks do provide clues, however. Performance, track record, longevity and commendable goals are a few. Because of attributes like these, Realtor Nancy Younger was recruited in 1990 by Greenwood King to assist with the opening of an office to serve the Memorial/ Tanglewood area. A long time Memorial/ Tanglewood area resident, she possesses invaluable technical information gathered from more than forty-four years of real estate sales and marketing experience.

Although her attention to her real estate business requires most of her time, Nancy still gives back to the community that has supported her career over these past several decades. Nancy is an active member of Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston. As a past member and President of the Cathedral Choir, she has sung at Minute Maid Park, St. Paul's London, Yorkminster and Westminster Abbey. Past President of the Board of the Houston Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, she's also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In past years she has been appointed by the Chairman of the Board of the Houston Association of Realtors to the Professional Standards Committee which hears ethics complaints and provides arbitration from both the Realtor sector and the public sector.

When the question was posed, "Why are you so dedicated to your career?", she replied, "I'm not so dedicated to a career as I am to the people I help. Serving a customer is an ongoing journey; you can never feel you've arrived. I just concentrate on doing a good job; positive outcomes follow." My Family and I have lived in and served the greater Houston area since 1968. My extended Family has been around the Houston area since the mid-1800's. I have served on both the MBA Council of Houston, Houston World Affairs Council, the Technology Advisory Board, and the MLS Advisory Board for HAR. My volunteer work Includes The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where I have been a volunteer since 2004, The Houston Food Bank. Impact Club, The Sunshine Kids Foundation, and Amberly's Home.
