This mission statement is simple, yet it's what Andre expects from himself as well as everybody on his team. His passion for connecting quality builders with home buyers is why Keller Williams Realty Memorial decided to open a luxury division called Fine Touch Living.

Andre has been with Keller Williams Realty for over a decade learning, developing, and finally launching this truly unique real estate experience. Over these years of working with buyers, sellers and builders; our team has gained extensive insight into what really matters to our clients. We have also come to a clear understanding of the top-quality service expected of us.

Natalia was born in Latvia. She graduated from the University of Latvia with a bachelor degree in Russian Philology. At a young age she moved to New York where she graduated Brooklyn College with a bachelor degree in TV broadcasting and worked as executive assistant on RTVI (Russian TV broadcasting network). At the same time she became passionate with real estate and got her real estate salesperson license. After having two small kids in NYC their family decided to move to better environment to raise children and discovered The Woodlands. They moved to The Woodlands in 2015 and absolutely in love with the area, people, diversity of cultures and lifestyle. Natalia is passionate about real estate and will help you to buy or rent your dream home or sell a house. In her free time she likes to travel around the world, trying different cuisines skiing, playing tennis and excercising at Villa Sport.

My goal is to assist Home buyers or sellers to achieve their goals in the most efficient and honest way. I have worked in Sales & Marketing since 2003 then becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2015. I currently serve the community of the Houston-Spring-Tomball & Humble areas-Rosharon-Cypress-Richmond-Galleria-Pearland.

Darren is not only a real estate professional, but is also an experienced, full-time litigation attorney with substantial experience in real estate matters. This experience gives Darren a rare perspective and unique set of skills and abelites when helping others buy, sell, and lease property.

Darren graduated magna cum laude in 2013 from the University of Houston Law Center. He received his under Penn State University.

Sylvia started a career at Preferred Corporate Housing, helping world clients move. I graduated with a business administration degree and am licensed in real estate and insurance. Sylvia operates her own Insurance Agency. She has been experienced in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Sylvia had a high demand from clients seeking residential housing, which inspired her to launch into Real Estate. Sylvia aids her community through volunteer work and enjoys educating Texans about market knowledge. She's helped many to reach homeownership. Sylvia was ordinarily from Houston and loved the diversity of interesting people and cultures who lived there. As an agent, she sincerely recognizes the value and trusts the client's place in her.

Designing her services on a foundation of integrity and trust, Elissa Kirkham is a renowned Houston real estate agent who aims to make transactions seamless, fun and cordial for everyone involved. As an agent at Greenwood King Properties, Elissa features an extensive 14+ year background within the industry and has built a strong inventory of successive experiences that have positioned her to become the respected agent she is today. As a native Houstonian, Elissa graduated from Duchesne Academy Sacred Heart, earned a BS from Texas Tech, and then began her real estate career at Greenwood King Properties. Some of her roles over the last decade included agent assistant for the top-producing agents and working within the company's award-winning marketing department. Throughout this time, Elissa cultivated the intricacies of being a high-performing agent and later leveraged that expertise to become a self-operating agent herself – proactively supporting individuals and families as they navigate through this new chapter of their lives.
