A native Houstonian, Casey knows the city of Houston well. Her passion for real estate developed over time as she raised her family and grew to appreciate all that the city has to offer. Having graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management Information Systems, Casey spent several years in software development and consulting in various industries. More recently, while raising her family in West Houston, Casey has volunteered in multiple organizations, serving on boards in and around her community and schools. Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. No one likes surprises during the buying or selling process, so Penny ensures that her clients' know what to expect through each step between the initial agreement to the closing.



By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. Penny's thorough understanding of the market specifically the new home sales provides her with a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box when it comes to issues that may arise.

I was born and grew up in New York City, where I studied fashion design in the Art Institute in New York City. Upon moving to Puerto Rico, I worked as an operation manager in our family fashion designing and manufacturing business while I pursued my BBA and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and concentrated on mastering the Spanish language and culture. I later moved to Houston, Texas. In Houston I owned and operated an insurance agency. I have also worked in mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and lending and real estate.
