Ms. Burke offers all sellers/buyers/renters a variety of services through her association with Walzel Properties in Texas. She has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, giving you a better chance at a quick sale or purchase. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they can be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market, or if there are reductions in prices. For those listing with us, they get our full attention, company wide, to sell their property. Ms. Burke comes to the field of real estate with an impressive background in marketing, having worked for many years as a Marketing Director for a title company. She also owned Shari Burke Interiors, where she had the privilege of working with 6 builders and their clients coordinating the process from the ground up to move in ready. Through her past career experience, Ms. Burke has acquired outstanding skills in marketing, large event planning, customer service, and management. She will now use those skills as a real estate agent, and the combined skills of her team, to guide her buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction.Additionally, she has volunteered for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo for 40 years and therefore has been honored by becoming a Lifetime Member. Through the rodeo, she has served on the International Committee for more than 25 years, showing her commitment to helping her community and our city. Ms. Burke is dedicated to working diligently for her customers to build strong relationships and ensure that they find their perfect home, second home, a commercial building, or a wonderful investment.
