After serving in the military for 4 years, I further pursue my education and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Houston. My degree in business coupled with my passion to care for children, I opened up my own business in Childcare industry. Thru hard work, dedication and perseverance, me and my business partner/husband grow the business and have branched out on another location. My interest in real estate started from the time we were looking for the daycare locations. I have always been hands on and involved the entire time. It was then I discovered my fascination in real state. After years of watching real state TVs, attending seminars and growing passion in the Real Estate, I decided to get my license. Being new in this industry, I don't have much reference to showcase. But having been a meticulous real state buyer and have been into countless negotiations myself, I have a great understanding of how it is to be. The military experience, the years spent with kids in the daycare, the customer relationship and people management skills and experiences I have gathered over the years are my tools to assist you in making concise, cautious and clear decisions every step of the way to your dream property.
Rosario Toro comes from a diverse business background. Her family started a property and casualty insurance agency which became one of the top producers in the state of Texas. She spent 25 years working in this industry. She also holds a degree in interior design. Currently she designs and markets a jewelry line.
