Kenneth Etuokwu is a compassionate and results-oriented REALTOR® with an unwavering devotion to serve people and his community to the best of his abilities. Ever since he personally purchased a home in Richmond, Texas in 2006, he developed a love for real estate and went on to help friends and family through their respective home buying processes, including building a home for his parents. Kenneth emigrated from Nigeria to the U.S. in 1998, driven by the desire to realize the American Dream. In addition to his academic background with a Bachelor's in Nursing Science and a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University, Kenneth has worked in various capacities as a Registered Nurse in Houston's Finest including managing diverse client situations across multicultural backgrounds and ethnicities. Having also managed employees and developed successful policies and processes, he is recognized for delivering positive outcomes and customer satisfaction, an experience which he proudly provides his real estate clients as well.

Kenneth is husband to a very beautiful, creative, and supporting spouse and a very proud father of 2 amazing young men. His favorite pastime is traveling with family every summer across the U.S. and Canada.

Patrick, who can be reached at PATRICK@JPLUBY.COM, is a dedicated residential real estate professional with a thorough knowledge of the Houston market. He began his career over 30 years ago as a Galleria-area condo/townhome specialist and Property Manager (through his other company, Reliable Residential Services.) Over time, his expertise expanded to include Briargrove, Tanglewood and Inner Loop areas including Memorial Park and West U. Currently, his focus has been in the Memorial Villages, Frostwood, Memorial Forest, Fonn Villas and other areas in the Energy Corridor of West Houston. He has always been equally adept at representing both buyers AND sellers. Quite often, he has been contracted after a sale to manage the rental properties purchased by his investor clients.
