I got my bachelor degree of Architecture in China and had worked for a top real estate developer in China for about 8 years. Then I came to the States and studied in Virginia Tech. There I took courses not only on my major, Urban Planning, but also on landscape, horticulture, and GIS. All these training make me enjoy beauty of mother nature, human society, and abstract numbers and data better.

I am very good at data analysis and have strong passion at real estate and horticulture. Even before I obtained my Realtor license, I purchased and rent properties with other realtors. I am very detail oriented and care relationships with people more than the profits I can earn.

During my leisure time, I love spending time with my wife and kids, growing flowers and herbs, doing small DIY projects, or simply enjoying life I build with my hands. I like water. My favorite flower is lotus and water lily. I built ponds and aquaponics by myself. If you like water garden as well, please feel free to give me a holler and we can share our common interest.

Bill also has extensive knowledge of every aspect of homebuilding and quality construction. A decided plus for his clients, he recently utilized these skills for himself when he acted as the General Contractor for construction of his own family home in Spring Valley Village.

Although he helps clients buy and sell property throughout the Greater Houston area, he focuses much of his attention to neighborhoods in the Memorial, Spring Branch, west Houston, Sugar Land and Katy areas.

On a personal level, Bill stays very involved in the community and active in professional organizations. Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas, Bill has been a resident of Houston since 1979. He is married and the father of a 35 year-old son and a 33 year-old daughter.

Investing heavily in real estate myself for many years, led me to get my license. Having lived in Houston for over 20 years I am very familiar with most parts of the city, including the outlying areas such as the Woodlands and Katy. I have children that have experienced both private and public education thus I can express both the pros and cons of each. I treat each transaction as an investment for my clients, while at the same time never forget that buying a home is often the biggest investment that most people make...thus there are many emotions involved. I have built a niche of expat clients possibly due to the fact that I am originally from Trinidad & Tobago.
