As a native Houstonian Casey started his real estate journey early, "I remember going to countless open houses as a kid" his mother was always looking for design ideas and unbeknownst to her those open house visits spurred a love of real estate that turned in to a career. After college, Casey first concentrated on a career in the computer field however, in the early 2000's, he shifted gears and embraced a career in real estate. Casey was initially hired as an assistant to one of the Top 25 Realtors in Houston to 'learn the ropes' and soon found that he loved the job and working side by side with one of the top producing agents in the City. Casey says, "It was an amazing experience that I wouldn't change for anything, during over 15 years with that agent we closed over 2,000 deals and over $750,000,000 in residential real estate sales, we started a company and recruited over 40 agents to work with us, it was an incredible learning experience that positioned me for the success I enjoy today." That success is well deserved, Casey has navigated countless complexities during his career and has figured out how to work through objections and obstacles to get the deal done and keep all parties happy, he says "finding the compromise and the win/win is my goal you can't always get everyone everything that they want but figuring out the middle ground between parties is one of my strongest skills". When asked what his favorite parts of his job are, Casey says "I get the most satisfaction from helping first time home buyers, I'm able to teach them skills throughout the process that will be invaluable no matter where they move one day". Casey also finds immense satisfaction in the deals he's been able to secure clients over the years, "I love buyers coming back several years later to sell, they're often amazed by the profits they're able to secure after a short time of ownership, I feel like I've made more of a financial difference
