I am a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Texas. My extensive travels and residency in several countries have allowed me to become an effective real estate agent for my overseas clients who have an interest in investing in the Texas residential market. Currently, in Houston, where I have the majority of my sales, homes are on the market for less than 20 days, which is primarily the result of the extraordinary energy boom in Texas. The population of Texas is increasing by about 1,200 people per day and the job market in Houston is exceptional. For these reasons and more, I have several overseas clients who are interested in Houston residential property as an investment. I believe that referrals are the best way to do business, particularly when so much trust and confidence is required to provide the most appropriate home overseas clients are seeking. A home for use as a residence, or even as an investment, is a big decision which all of us make. Being thousands of miles away, compounds this challenge.
