Before joining EXP, I worked in the mental health field as a mental health case manager. Working in this industry, I have developed strong skills in communication, active listening, and providing the utmost customer service. My empathetic, caring, and compassionate nature will help me serve my clients well and as a dedicated real estate agent, I will guide my buyers and sellers through the real estate transactions with a positive attitude. As the wife of a retired Navy Senior Chief Veteran, I have personal experience relocating and traveling to new places. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching BLS and Heartsaver CPR, balloons, and reading and I never get tired of learning.

Because I grew up with a father who was always remodeling---and put my first hammer in my hands when I was six years old, I developed a love for real estate at a very early age. Having been transplanted to the Houston area in 1997, I learned firsthand the challenges of being a Relocation Buyer, which has given me the ability to support and understand my Relocation Clients on a very personal level. My Son, who is my working partner, and I also have a home remodeling and/or construction company, which affords my clients a different level of knowledge and insight that has proven to be invaluable. In addition, I am a professional/certified home stager, which comes in very handy as I assist my Clients who are preparing to sell their homes.

As a licensed Realtor in the Houston and Galveston areas since 2002, I have lived and worked in neighborhoods such as Piney Point Village, Memorial, The Historic Houston Heights and Inner Loop, as well as Galveston, and I welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise. Amy's experience increased her knowledge of Houston and taught her the value of staying educated about the market.

Amy is a native Houstonian and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Classics from Texas A&M University. She and her husband, Jeremy, have two dogs. When she is not eagerly serving her Real Estate clients, Amy is enthusiastically volunteering in the community. She was a 2019 Candidate for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Woman of the Year. Amy is a committee member for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as a volunteer with VICTORY, a branch of the American Cancer Society.
