When buying or selling real estate, you need the help of an experienced, ethical, full-time real estate professional with the heart of a teacher and servant. With that in mind, let me tell you a little about myself. I have always gotten the most joy out of life by serving others. I am a native Houstonian, born and raised. I grew up on the west side in the Spring Branch area and for the last 14 years have lived in Montgomery County with my 4 kids and 2 grandkids. I have been educated locally as well attending Spring Branch High School, The University of Houston for my undergraduate in Accounting, then to Rice for an MBA. I got my start in real estate 24 years ago when I bought a small apartment complex in The Heights. I subsequently managed a family business in the service industry for 17 years, then got back into real estate full time in 2008 working for a company flipping houses. In 2012 I started my own brokerage and in 2014 added my own investment company to flip houses for myself. I started both real estate companies so that no matter what a seller needed, we could shepherd them through a hassle free transaction from start to finish. If they want to get top dollar, we can list their home with the brokerage, and if they need to sell quickly we can buy their house through the investment company and close the transaction in a few days. Either way, we can help them. We provide our clients with all of their options, they choose the one best for them. Through the years we have done transactions for commercial properties, sold lots of houses, sold vacant lots, high-end townhomes and million dollar properties in exclusive neighborhoods. It has always been our philosophy that if you help and serve people, the dollars will take care of themselves. Born and raised in the Philippines. Obtained a college degree major in accounting. After working for 2 years, I had an opportunity to work in Cairo, Egypt for 3 years. Married a Texan gentleman then travel to his hometown in the US. Relocated to Hawaii and landed on my first job here in US as a restaurant hostess at one of the five stars hotel in Big Island of Hawaii. After 3 years in Hawaii, we relocated back to Texas. I continued my education and obtained my Associates degree in Computer Science. While working at Oil and Gas Industries, I decided to complete a four-year degree at University of Houston in Downtown with a degree in Business Finance. After working for more than 15 years in accounting fields, I had an opportunity to pass a Real Estate license and up to present, assisting customers and clients with their Real Estate needs is what I do and so passionate to do it. By helping friends, relatives and even strangers finding their dream home is so rewarding.
