Candace has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor, including luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and short sales. With this experience, Candace discovered a formula of merging her financial background with the ever-changing real estate market and created the Wise Living Group. She has recruited the best and the brightest team members who collectively represent the experience of 40 plus years of real estate, banking, financial accounting, and marketing expertise.
