My name is Nicholas Kelling, a proud United States Marine who recently transitioned to the vibrant city of Houston, Texas to pursue my passion for real estate. After serving in the Marine Corps, I obtained my real estate license and dove headfirst into the world of real estate. I became a resident of the Sugar Land area in 1986 and have enjoyed being a member of this community as it has grown into the thriving suburban city that it is today. I have lived and worked in all areas of Fort Bend, from Missouri City, through Sugar Land... stretching all the way to Katy and Fulshear. While serving as a teacher for both FBISD and LCISD, I have grown to love this area and the people in it. Fifteen years ago, construction and real estate became a large part of my life. I find such delight in being a part of the new beginnings with so many families. Having sold countless homes over the years, my experience in each step of the process -including location, design, construction, and marketing- brings an advantage to my clients. I thoroughly enjoy the process of helping clients find that ideal house designed for their life. My clients consider my commitment to guiding them as they find a "home" truly a valuable asset.

Born in Kentucky but raised in the great state of Texas, I graduated from Spring High School and received a BFA from Sam Houston State University. I am an entrepreneur in practice and at heart, but before getting my real estate license I was a teacher for almost a decade. Educating my clients while guiding them through the real estate buying and selling process is truly one of my favorite parts of being an agent. Additionally, I am certified in home staging and redesign, so my clients benefit from my knowledge and expertise in marketing their homes to prospective buyers.

Beyond being a real estate agent, I am a wife and mom to two boys. I love to entertain, garden, travel, and spend time with my family.
