Vince Espiritu grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2016. He has experience working in customer service for 3 years. He understands that the principles behind a great customer experience are the genuineness, competence and eagerness of the person helping you.

Furthermore, Vince graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2021 with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Vince has been working as an electrical engineer since then. He plans to bring his valuable skillset as an engineer to solve clients' problems and handle each transaction strategically. He approaches challenges with logical thinking, proper planning, systematic organization, focused execution, and adaptability.

Additionally, Vince has been learning about real estate since his university days (2019-2024). He's very passionate about becoming an expert in real estate and investing in real estate. Thus, he decided to take his real estate license and build his real estate business.

As a REALTOR, he believes his competitive edge over other agents is his attention to detail and standard of excellence. On top of that, his hunger for success and growth mindset are traits that his clients will find valuable.

Lastly, Vince finds great inspiration from Kobe Bryant. He tries to live with the "Mamba Mentality", which means the constant quest for self-improvement every day. He believes that he can provide great value to his clients with this mindset and skillset.

Feeling unfulfilled and without direction, Chelsea sought a career that would merge her biggest passions with her strongest suits. Since earning her real estate license and hitting the ground running, she's found the industry to be that perfect juncture.

Chelsea is a native Houstonian with a vibrant personality who brings experience in buying and merchandising, retail and restaurant management, and graphic design. Her greatest passion, both professionally and personally, is helping people. Whether that's something small or something life-changing, she enjoys listening to and advising friends, motivating others, and helping whoever's around rise to their best self.

When she's not busy showing homes or drafting contracts, you can probably find her at the yoga studio. She also loves riding her bike along Buffalo Bayou Trail or snuggling up at home with a good book.

Brandon Landry has over 15 years of experience in real estate as an investor, wholesaler & realtor serving the Greater Houston area. Born in Houston, Brandon grew up in the Sugar Land area and became a member of Lakewood Church under the leadership of Pastor Joel & Victoria Osteen in 2018 and passionately serves in the Lakewood Men's Ministry. Outside of work, Brandon is a father of 4 (ages 16, 11, 7 & 5) and married to the beautiful & elegant, Melody, who he refers to as "My Rib".
