My name is Maribel and I am a Houston native, currently residing in the Humble/Atascocita area. Alongside my husband of 13 years, we're raising a beautiful young lady and a handsome young man in this amazing city of ours. Having moved multiple times as a child due to my parent's work obligations, to say I know Houston and the surrounding areas is an understatement. For this reason, one of my life goals was to become a homeowner with my little family as I understood the importance of having a steady home. Thankfully, I was able to accomplish my goal in 2011 and became a homeowner and would love to help you do the same! I obtained an Associate of Science Degree from LSCS in 2012 and worked in the customer service and sales fields for several years. After the birth of my second child, my husband and I decided that I should stay at home with our kids until they both started school. Following a medical scare, I decided to pursue one of my life dreams of becoming a real estate agent and took designation courses through the Champions School of Real Estate to further my real-estate knowledge and learn the most up to date information in this continually changing industry. This education coupled with my experience and bilingual proficiency has provided me with the skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations and effectively marketing listings for homeowners and sellers. I have recently joined eXp Realty and an amazing group of fellow realtors. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and have attention to detail. My friends and family describe me as motivated, outgoing, and fun to be around (even my kids think so).
