Hien Le spent the last decade of her career cultivating a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experiences in the world of communications, marketing/PR in various industries, ranging from education, luxury and consumer goods, to homebuilding and land development. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, she held the Senior Marketing Manager position for one of the largest private homebuilders in North America for almost four years. Before that, she served as a Communication Executive for CHANEL Vietnam, managing the House's world-class communication and PR campaigns for all three divisions: Fashion, Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Her rich and diverse career background has given her the once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to expand her horizons, hone in her skills and talents, and ultimately drive her decision to pursue real estate full-time alongside her husband Khai Tran. Together, they co-founded the CGP Realty Group with the mission to help their clients create, grow, and preserve wealth through real estate. Hien has been instrumental in shaping the vision and operations of the CGP team and is proud to serve alongside her very diverse, passionate, and dedicated team members.

Hien holds a Bachelor and a Master's degree in Communication from Texas Christian University. Her expertise lies in marketing/PR, branding, organizational & strategic communication, customer service, negotiation, and event-planning. Hien's greatest blessing in life is her family. She is happily married and has two beautiful young daughters - Amelia and Evelyn, who are her biggest source of motivation and inspiration. She also loves traveling, food, music and you guess it - fashion and beauty!

I am Jacob H Bailey, a dedicated Real Estate Agent with a passion for investments and property management. I have a background in real estate investing and rental property management, which has given me valuable insights into the real estate industry. In addition to helping clients find their dream homes, I also enjoy giving back to the community by supporting charitable organizations and coaching people to achieve their goals. With formidable customer service skills, Agelia's clients can always count on her to pay close attention to detail, deliver on promises, and make every client's experience of buying or selling a home go as smoothly as possible while treating every client as if they were her own family.

With intelligence married to enthusiasm, she inherited her excellent work ethic from her father, who hired her to work (when she was fifteen) keeping books and making payroll for his fence business in the summers. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Agelia was a civic manager for six years, helping to manage several well established inner loop neighborhoods, all of which helped familiarize her with those neighborhoods and their deed restrictions, individual homes, and their owners.

Experienced at preparing a home for the market and finding the right home for a buyer, she is an excellent negotiator who is willing to be creative and original to solve problems. In fact, a few clients and associates have commended her “force of nature” commitment to making things happen and getting them done. Dependable, conscientious, and determined, she is compelled to action by her desire to do the absolute best she can for her clients and her community.

A graduate of The High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Agelia is the consummate volunteer, working tirelessly for an array of nonprofit organizations in the arts and education. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karen Stokes Dance; is on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Briscoe Center for American History; and is a member of the Advisory Board (and former Board of Trustees member) of HSPVA Friends. She is a Past President of both East Montrose Civic Association and Old Braeswood Property Owners Association.

That’s probably why Agelia’s two grown daughters, Leslie and Kathryn, of whom Agelia is most proud, call her “The President of Everything.”
