My clients benefit from my experience in these areas. I bring the integrity developed in my 28-year career with the U.S. Navy, where I retired as a Commander in 2012. As you may expect, I made many moves and prepared my own homes for sale during my time in service, so I can relate to what people are going through. I strive to pass along my hands-on experience as I help navigate my clients through the sales process, negotiations, & contract requirements.

Two things I love are helping people and getting a good deal. I get to do both as a Realtor with eXp Realty. I'm excited about the opportunity to share my abilities of guiding people through complex processes, conducting research & analysis, and negotiating good deals for those who have all sorts of Real Estate needs. What makes my job so fulfilling is the aha moment at closing when the final papers are signed. You can hear the excitement in a client's voice, or see the thankful look on their face, when they realize the deal is done and the home is actually bought and sold. It's when they say, This really makes make my life better.

In my spare time I am working on renovating our home, caring for elderly parents, and grooming Miniature Schnauzer show dogs. My other interests include Aviation, Scuba diving, Sailing, and playing board games with my family to name a few.

Renovating our home has reminded me of what it is like for my clients: looking for quality service to get a job done in the desired timeframe, starting the process with the end in mind, and accomplishing all the tasks until the job is done. For the client, it centers around being and feeling heard, and for me, it's about providing essential help for the client to achieve their goals.
