Allison Nickles was born and raised in New Jersey but is happy to call Texas home. She graduated Rutgers University, Cum Laude, majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology and minoring in Criminology. Allison spent years working in mental health and social services field before becoming a real estate agent. Through her 1,600 mile relocation, she was able to gain a full understanding of the hard work and dedication that goes into the relocation process and through her prior career the understanding of patience and empathy. She comes equipped with a can-do attitude, is prepared and dedicated to help assist clients with their real estate needs.





Allison received her Real Estate license, is an active Realtor and has earned the At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations. Allison continues to advance her career every single day and is excited to share her knowledge to help assist you in the home buying and selling experience. Allison is a widow, who has two wonderful teenage boys and a house full of fur. Allison can be found boating, fishing, paddle boarding, at the local gym working out or instructing her cycle class.

Jerry is a Houston, TX based Real Estate Broker, investor, and property manager whom have been involved in real estate since 2011. Prior to his work in real estate, he served as an as an external auditor for Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an internal auditor for a large oil and gas corporation. In his work as an auditor, he performed full scope audits of financial statements for large SEC and non-SEC clients, including companies in the global 500 and multinationals.

He is both a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Houston (2005) and a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) degree from the University of Houston (2006).

Jerry brings knowledge and expertise needed from selling to buying to investing, he would be happy to consult with you and make the process as smooth and successful as possible.
