Raised in the Houston area, Bryan is a real estate investor and enjoys studying business models and financial strategies. Recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert; Bryan's passion for real estate began in 2011, when he started investing in land and single-family homes. Drawing on his own experiences and knowledge, Bryan guides his clients through the complex world of real estate investing to help them make informed decisions that will benefit their family's long-term goals. Bryan is a man of faith and a family man at heart. He is a world traveler and sports fanatic when it comes to baseball and boxing. He enjoys spending his free time with his four children and watching them excel in baseball and soccer. In the past, he has coached his sons' youth league teams and although he doesn't actively coach today, he still strives to help them progress as young athletes and budding investors.

Given her background in education and sales, Sindy knows the importance of being knowledgeable in the field and is constantly staying up-to-date with the market. As a native Houstonian and former educator, Sindy is accustomed to serving her community. She earned her bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education from the University of Houston and worked at several Houston-area school districts including the highly acclaimed Cy-Fair ISD. As a school teacher she had excellent problem-solving skills, catered to her students' needs, and consistently delivered drastic results. Prior to teaching, Sindy was a sales super star in a retail setting, earning employee of the month numerous times. Her past experience in teaching and sales enabled her to easily transition into real estate.

After attending Queens Community College in Queens New York, where I completed several business studies courses, I moved to Benicia California. There I started in Real Estate as an assistant to a Broker. Later I became a Realtor in my own right and a few years later I became a Broker myself. Now more than 20 years later I have settled in Houston Texas where I hold a Realtor License registered with HAR. I still hold my brokers license in California and am experienced with Re-locations between the two states.
