Shadi has lived in Houston for 16 years, where she now calls home. She has two Masters degrees, one being an MBA, with a major in International Commercial Negotiation, from the University of Sorbonne, Paris III, France. At some point in her life, in just four years, she was led to move four times, and lived in four different countries, mainly for family reasons, or work. She knows how stressful, and challenging every move can be, requiring a high degree of adjustment in a fairly short period of time, whether changing countries of residence, cities or even neighborhoods. Throughout the years, Shadi has been a homeowner, a tenant and has been involved in property management, dealing with tenants on a daily basis. Shadi's personal involvement in the real estate, along with a major in negotiation, working experience as a marketing and business development professional, are all skill sets you need by your side when considering a real estate transaction.
