I have 23 years' experience in consumer banking ranging from banking center operations, loan origination and merchant services. I became a licensed real estate agent to combine my knowledge of real estate/financial services with my love of helping people and building relationships. I have owned and sold successful businesses where I developed and executed marketing strategy to grow the clientele. Through building webpages and creating social media accounts with Facebook, Instagram, I was able to use these tools to target my target demographic. Life is full of unexpected turns. I was born in Argentina were I got my B.S. degree in Genetics. Looking for better opportunities to move forward in science, I came to Houston in 2003 and got a Master's in Biology from the University of Houston in 2006. I joined MD Anderson Cancer Center where I worked for almost 10 years. While still working full time at MD Anderson, I started a catering company. Oliva Wood Fire Pizza was founded on the principles of quality, integrity and exceptional customer service. I am now applying the same work ethic to my Real Estate business. Working in the hospitality sector gave me the opportunity to work all over Houston becoming familiar with Houston's neighborhoods. My goal in real estate is to provide a service that goes above and beyond client expectations. I truly believe that building long-term relationships with clients is the key to success in this industry and my love of helping people is a perfect fit.

Originally from Boston, MA, Yennhi or Yen for short, moved to Houston in 2023 looking for new opportunities. It didn't take long before she considered Houston her new home. Yen discovered her love for real estate when she went through the buyer process herself. Justin, Director of Sales, joined the Marconi Team in 2013 after attending University of Houston for a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Expressing a desire to Sandra to assist in growing the family business, Justin started from the ground up in order to gain a complete understanding of the Real Estate industry. From showing assistant, to buyer's agent, to listing agent, and now as Director of Sales, Justin has been exposed to the many facets of Real Estate and obtained critical knowledge that he is able to pass on to his clients and team members.
