Since 1974, I have lived in Houston and various suburbs. In 2001, I graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years for the following companies: ExxonMobil, BP, Oasis, and Oxy. Although in real estate, an engineering degree is not required, my engineering knowledge aids in successful buying and selling negotiations.

I have lived in Houston my entire life. I grew up in Oak Forest and later moved to NW Houston. I have lived in many areas of Houston from Clear Lake to Bear Creek. I have spent the last 20 years living in West University. A wife and mother of 2 teen agers who attend public schools I can assist buyers with information about the area schools. I spent many years working in the energy industry as a commodity trader before becoming a realtor. I am professional and experienced in contract negotiations. My goal is to do what is best for my client. I pride myself on details and responding to your needs.
I bring the knowledge of living in Houston for 30+ years to my clients. Having lived and worked in several parts of the city, I am very familiar with its different neighborhoods and have seen the city and the outlying suburbs grow tremendously during my time living here. My journey into the field of Real Estate began 20 years ago when my husband and I began construction on our own home. During this process I worked with architects, structural engineers, and contractors which provided me with a great deal of perspective about how homes are built. Before venturing into real estate, I worked in the healthcare field providing care for cancer patients. I bring the same attention to detail, effort and care to helping you through your search for a new home. I look forward to helping you find the perfect home!
