Vince Espiritu grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2016. He has experience working in customer service for 3 years. He understands that the principles behind a great customer experience are the genuineness, competence and eagerness of the person helping you.

Furthermore, Vince graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2021 with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Vince has been working as an electrical engineer since then. He plans to bring his valuable skillset as an engineer to solve clients' problems and handle each transaction strategically. He approaches challenges with logical thinking, proper planning, systematic organization, focused execution, and adaptability.

Additionally, Vince has been learning about real estate since his university days (2019-2024). He's very passionate about becoming an expert in real estate and investing in real estate. Thus, he decided to take his real estate license and build his real estate business.
