Welcome to my website! Let me introduce myself. I am Charlotte Frazier and I am a proud Realtor with Realty Associates. I have been in the real estate business for approximately 20 years and I really enjoy assisting Clients in the process of selling and/or buying property. I take pride in my job and I work extremely hard to develop a Win-Win relationship. I have many years of experience in Selling Residential and Commercial Properties. My expertise is in Foreclosures and Resale homes, to include Model Homes. My motto is "turning houses into homes".

The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and that fits Lisa Soliz to a "T." She never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. She enjoys the variety and flexibility that a career in real estate affords and eagerly dives in to learning new skills- whether it's new technology or how best to serve her clients.

When not serving clients, Lisa enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog, Domino. Lisa also has a passion for teaching children and serves as the Director of Children's Ministries at her local church in Cypress.

A resident of the Cy-Fair area for 18 years, Lisa feels fortunate to be able to raise her children in a great family-centered community. Before choosing a career in real estate, she worked as an elementary school teacher. As a teacher, Lisa has always enjoyed coming up with a plan for each individual. Knowing that kids have different needs and learn in different ways has helped her be patient and really listen to what clients are looking for, and then hold their hand through the process.

Christopher has strong enthusiasm with working in the community volunteering with non-profit groups in the Houston and surrounding area of Texas. Christopher serves is wonderful city of Houston by working as a volunteer voters deputy register and as a Election poll worker in the during election times. I possess a, true tenderness to serve his fellow man with honor and commitment by code of ethics. Christopher selected Real Estate as a profession due to many avenues in our economic cycle to help families and business owners. Steve has been successfully helping Texans buy and sell homes for over a decade. A native Houstonian, Steve graduated from Klein Forest High School and Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Upon finishing college, Steve worked with adults with disabilities and then moved on to a career in sales and marketing. He then transitioned into the real estate industry and found his permanent career path, first becoming a licensed Realtor in 2002 and then earning his real estate Broker License in 2012. In addition to typical home buying transactions, Steve has extensive experience and knowledge in helping clients relocate to Houston, and has specifically made a name for himself with corporate expats returning to the States from jobs abroad. From downtown to surrounding counties, Steve stays up-to-date on all greater Houston area markets and remains consistently prepared to smooth the path for a client to return home. In addition to his professional endeavors, Steve is an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving as vice chairman of the Rodeo merchandise team. He also serves on the board of directors for Forgotten Angels, a non-profit based in Pearland, TX dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. And when he is not working or volunteering, you can find him on a softball field with one of Houston's many recreational teams or fishing off Galveston Bay.

Phuong Trinh moved to Houston in 2017 and has been calling the Bayou City home ever since. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015.
