Carla Economos is a native Houstonian who has witnessed many stages of the real estate cycle throughout her life. As a graduate of The University of Houston, Carla enjoyed three decades of experience in the flooring industry after which she set her sights on residential real estate.
In her long career as a Houstonian, Carla has lived in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, the Galleria area and Bellaire before settling in the Memorial Villages. Currently, she resides in Spring Branch where the real estate is thriving. She has always been at the forefront of real estate trends in these key areas and has seen enormous changes in the housing market over the years. Consequently, Carla has honed the ability to monitor these market movements and capitalize on periods of high value.
Specifically, her skill set has grown through her buying, remodeling and selling homes as well as managing of agricultural properties in both Bellville and Houston. Carla's working knowledge has also increased from owning a condominium in Galveston and dealing with vacation renters and the maintenance of this property.
She has a true passion for helping others and the outdoors which includes plants, cattle, wildlife, beaches, golfing and traveling with her family and friends. Carla and her family are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church where she loves volunteering in mentoring troubled teens and adults.

Prior to that, Margot received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Texas A&I University. And when this Houston resident since 1963 has a spare moment, she loves to (what else?) design homes, run, read and spend time with her two beautiful daughters.

Welcome and thanks for visiting my website. I originally started investing in Real Estate properties as a hobby. Since I enjoyed doing my own personal Real Estate transactions, I decided to became a Realtor and work with others. My background includes an Engineering Degree and management experience that I apply towards providing clients great service in all aspects in buying or selling their home. Mike Brubaker, SRA is president of Brubaker and Associates, Inc., Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants. Mike has been an SRA designated member of The Appraisal Institute since 1988 and has been appraising properties in the greater Houston area for over twenty-eight years. Mike graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. He is actively involved in a number of real estate related organizations including the Houston Mortgage Bankers Association and the Houston Builder's Association. He has volunteered his time to these organizations serving in the past as: Past Director: Houston Association of Realtors; Past Director: Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers; Past Director: Houston Association of Professional Mortgage Women; Past Co-Chair: Education Committee for the Houston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
