Pairing his wealth of real estate and financial knowledge with his construction experience and neighborhood insights, Houston native Andrew Drew Doonan has the skill to swiftly and comprehensively address each of his clients' diverse needs and the integrity to do it well. Possessing such a range of expertise from his elite numbers savvy to his bricks-and-mortar know-how elevates Drew to a standard that's difficult to rival in this industry. Before his career, Drew studied real estate finance at the University of Mississippi and worked in the banking and finance industries for nearly a decade. As a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch and a private banker for Wells Fargo, Drew helped families and businesses manage their monetary needs. He believes he essentially serves the same purpose as an agent, only more holistically, as he assists buyers in finding the right home for their needs and consults with sellers to maximize their profits.

A third-generation real estate professional, guided by his abundance-driven mindset to serve, share, and create, he takes on the role of an advisor rather than a salesperson to disseminate as much relevant information as possible, so clients never need look elsewhere.

Drew is married to his high school sweetheart, Kelly, whom he credits for his ability to do what he loves for a living, and they have a son who is Drew's namesake. Drew loves the outdoors, where you might find him running, skiing, golfing, biking, or hunting. He also enjoys architecture, food, wine, travel, and animals, including his French bulldog, Georges.

Sophia Cedeno was born in Chicago, raised in Mexico. Shortly after she graduated from Instituto Tecnolgico de Monterrey in Mexico, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, she moved to Houston, TX. Sophia has been working with Tu Casa Realty since 2018. Understanding the needs of her clients is her top priority. Sophia will work tirelessly on her clients behalf and will always offer them objective advice. She values the trust they put in her and her goal is to exceed their expectations.
