Since 1997 I have been working in the construction business in both residential and commercial. Housing and Real estate are always my passion. •Her Financial/Real-estate Venture began in 2004 when she first involved in Mortgage Brokering and owning over 30 apartment units and houses. Serine spent over 5 years physically working in big banks and gained strong knowledge in bank loaning operations. Her strong experiences in big banks allowed her to fully assist her clients not only finding the strong investment property but completing such transaction with her partnering banks.

•Serene invested considerable amount time in assisting buyers securing loans and obtained their dream houses.
