Sandra Kooyer is a 2nd generation realtor.  As the daughter of two highly successful real estate professionals, Sandra not only had exposure to real estate but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. Originally from Alabama and a graduate from the University of Alabama, Sandra has called Houston home since the mid 80's. Sandra started her career in Scientific Research at Baylor College of Medicine and later went into Medical Device sales. The latter experience has provided Sandra with invaluable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers and effectively marketing the RE/MAX teams' listings. Helen is a native Houstonian and really loves finding hidden gems and finding more reasons to love Houston, which includes the people and homes. Clay is a commercial real estate broker focused on retail tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and property sales. With 20 years of experience, Clay has represented commercial sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants in the greater Houston area in over 300 transactions.

Ali Bayegan was born in Persia, received his early childhood and adolescent education in School of St. Louis of French Dominican Order.

He has degrees in Biology, Psychology; worked towards a Ph.D. in Neurosciences; has Master in Architecture; completed his Thesis in Architcture in Florence Italy.

He is a registered Architect locally and nationally. He practiced Archtecture in the eighties. In the nineties; he taught Architecture at under-graduate and graduate level; wrote extensvely both in Poetics, and Aesthtics of Architecture.

He has traveled widely in Europe, North and South America. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Persian and has working knowledge of Italian and German.

He has the state of the arts training in the most advanced internet based real estate transaction.

He has contacts in estate properties in Mexico, especially in Monterey and Sonora.
