Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2004, Shelley enjoyed a career in Marketing and Public Relations. Since obtaining her real estate license, she has also earned designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), as a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Second and Resort Property Specialist (SRPS).

MaryAnn Marinas was raised in Houston, TX and has lived in many parts of the surrounding Houston area throughout her life. She has traveled to many cities across the country but feels that none compare to what Houston has to offer. She appreciates this great city for its young professionals, growing families, and vibrant retiring population. With the amazing growth and new development in Fort Bend County, she currently focuses on Sugar Land and the surrounding areas.

MaryAnn has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She became a nurse in 2005 and received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012. Melodie attended college at Texas A&M University, graduating in 2006 and becoming a licensed realtor upon graduation.
