A resident of Houston's Memorial Area, Emiley Sepulvado comes from a family with deep roots in Texas.

Emiley decided to be a Realtor when she was in the fourth grade in her hometown of Austin, Texas. "I aspired to be like our next door neighbor whom I often helped with her networking parties for her friends in real estate," she says. "When I was 18, she reached out to me to see if I was interested in working for her. After working as an agent-assistant during the summer while I was in college, I decided to pursue real estate as a career."

Emiley graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of business administration in real estate and entrepreneurship. "My passion for business goes hand-in-hand with my love for real estate," she says.

Jason Binder moved to Houston, TX from his hometown of Rochester, MI. He received a BA in English Lit/Journalism from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI and proceeded to work in the fast-paced, upscale fashion apparel industry where customer service was an integral part of doing business. Jason believes one of the best services he can provide his clients is simply being available and ready to help answer questions and guide his clients through the real estate process.

Jason currently resides in the Westbury neighborhood in Houston with his wife, Tracey, who is the Market Area Client Development Manager at Neiman Marcus in the Houston Galleria. Tracey's territory also includes San Antonio, Austin, Atlanta & Charlotte. In their free time they enjoy chasing around their Boston Terrier, going to the beach and spending time with family.

Jennifer Lucio's ties to Houston run deep. Born and bred in Baytown, Jennifer began her personal homeownership in 2000 inside Loop-610 and eventually migrated to Spring Branch in 2003. She currently lives in Spring Valley Village.

Jennifer’s 12 years in restaurant management, particular her experience as a general manager, taught her the paramount importance of customer service, communication and issue resolution, valuable skills that transferred seamlessly into her career in residential real estate. “I thrive on person-to-person interaction,” Jennifer states. “I love ‘making the puzzle fit’ by taking all the pieces the client gives me and fitting them together to find the perfect home.
